Serpong Police Investigate Allegations of Persecution of Head of BantenNet Chief
MediaBantenCyber.co.id – (MBC) Tangerang Sepatan, Serpong Police-South Tangerang Police confirmed that they were handling reports of alleged abuse experienced by Rusadin, Chief Editor (Pimred) of BantenNet.
Currently, investigators are still carrying out investigations and examining a number of witnesses in order to fully reveal the incident reported by the victim.
This case started with an incident that occurred during a traffic accident mediation in the Villa Melati Mas area, Jelupang Village, North Serpong District.
The victim then reported the alleged abuse he experienced to the Serpong Police.
Serpong Police Chief, Commissioner Suhardono, confirmed that the victim’s report had been received and was currently being processed by investigators.
“Yes, that’s right, the victim reported the incident to the police and made a police report on the evening of June 10 2026,” said Suhardono, Friday (12/6/2026).
According to him, investigators from the Serpong Police Criminal Investigation Unit are currently focusing on collecting evidence and asking for information from parties who have direct knowledge of the incident.
“Currently it is still in the process of investigation. The Criminal Investigation Unit is carrying out investigations and making summons to obtain statements from witnesses,” he said.
In line with this, the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit for the Serpong Police, AKP Joko, emphasized that incoming reports will be handled according to applicable legal procedures.
The police also ensured that all witnesses who knew about the incident would be questioned.
“We’ll handle it and we’ll examine the witnesses,” said AKP Joko.
Examination of witnesses is considered to be an important step to clarify the series of events and confirm the facts that occurred in the field.
The results of the examination will later become the basis for investigators in determining the next legal steps.
Serpong Police emphasized that the investigation process was carried out professionally, objectively and transparently.
The authorities also appealed to all parties who are aware of the incident to be cooperative to help the investigation process run smoothly.
This case is currently still being handled by the Serpong Police Criminal Investigation Unit. The police ensure that every development will be followed up based on the results of the investigation and evidence obtained in the field. (Ed)
