Gong Cave Dispute From the Beginning of Management Until 2026
MediaBantenCyber.co.id – (MBC) Pacitan, East Java: New facts surrounding the Goa Gong dispute between the land owner and the district government have emerged. This has the potential to change the public’s previously low perception of the Pacitan Regency Government. It seems as if for 32 years, the district government has been accused of taking over and/or taking away the rights of other people, namely the owner of the Goa Gong location. This media framing has so far disturbed not only the Pacitan Regency Government but also the conscience of Pacitan society as a whole.
Even Pacitan residents who are currently migrating are also anxious, Ayik (28) explained from BSD Puspitek, “It seems impossible that the Pacitan Regency Government is that bad, or at least, reading online media raises the question, is the management of the Pacitan Regency Government that bad?”
Dedy Arisandy Punjung, deeply regrets the negative news and framing, and at the same time provides a critical note regarding the performance of the Infocom Service which does not have an adequate sense of crisis. Furthermore, these legal activists are collecting and compiling evidence on social media and the efforts of certain parties which have tarnished the image of the Pacitan Regency Government. “If there are intellectual actors and/or sufficient mens rea as initial evidence, we will not hesitate to take them to court, after we have completed the subpoena text and there has been no measurable follow-up from them.”
Head of the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports, Munirul explained, “Indeed, what actually happened was only a change in the cooperation and governance scheme related to changes in regulations and laws. The transition year occurred in 2014, especially regarding the Law on Regional Autonomy which had an impact on village autonomy. Previously, the proportion of income disputes from the Goa Gong levy was 70% for the Regency Government and the remaining 30% was shared with the Village, the land owner and the founder of Goa Gong, totaling 8 people.”
This man who is a fan of livestock and Porang added, “There are 2 problems that actually require different approaches and solutions. Thank God, thanks to our good communication with the parties, some of them have been resolved.” (Heri)
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
