Cikokol Samsat Intensifies PKB Raids in Tangerang, Dozens of Vehicles Netted
MediaBantenCyber.co.id (MBC), Tangerang City – Cikokol Samsat continues to intensify Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) raids in the Tangerang City area. In a joint operation held on Jalan Imam Bonjol, Karawaci District, Tuesday (19/5/2026), dozens of two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles were caught in raids for being in arrears on vehicle tax.
This activity is part of efforts to optimize regional income from the Motor Vehicle Tax sector which was initiated by the Banten Province Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) through the Cikokol Samsat together with the ranks of the Tangerang City Metro Police and Jasa Raharja.
Head of UPTD Samsat Cikokol, Awal Pasenggong, said the operation went smoothly and was conducive. To provide convenience to the public, his party also provides Mobile Samsat (Samling) services at the raid locations so that taxpayers can immediately complete their obligations.
“We make it easy for netted taxpayers to make payments directly at the location via the Samling fleet that we have prepared,” said Awal.
A number of netted motorists immediately took advantage of this service to pay off their vehicle tax arrears on the spot.
One of the two-wheeled riders, Rudi, admitted that he did not realize that his motorbike tax was past due. When officers carried out an inspection, it was discovered that his vehicle tax had been in arrears for one month.
“This is one month’s past due on your motorbike tax. You have to pay it immediately, sir,” said the officer while showing Rudi’s STNK.
Knowing this, Rudi immediately agreed to pay his vehicle tax at the location.
“Okay, sir. I’ll pay immediately,” he said.
The officers then directed Rudi to Samling’s car which had been alerted to serve direct vehicle tax payments.
Awal added that vehicle tax raids will continue to be carried out periodically at a number of points in the Tangerang City area to increase public compliance in paying motor vehicle tax.
Apart from raids, Cikokol Samsat also continues to intensify the socialization of various service conveniences to the community. Currently, Cikokol Samsat operates seven service outlets spread across eight sub-districts and has three Mobile Samsat fleets on standby. (*)
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
