Serang City Government and BWA Strengthen Cooperation in Job Training Budgeting, Encourage Placement of Domestic and Foreign Workers
SERANG CITY – The Serang City Government (Pemkot) together with the Al-Quran Waqf Board (BWA) continue to strengthen cooperation in preparing budgeting schemes to support training and placement of workers, both domestically and abroad.
This effort was carried out as a strategic step in improving the quality of human resources (HR) while expanding access to employment opportunities for the people of Serang City.
Discussion of this cooperation took place in a meeting between the ranks of the Serang City Manpower and Transmigration Service (Disnakertrans) and the Banten Province BWA. During the meeting, both parties emphasized strengthening a financing system that is effective, flexible and easy to reach for job seekers.
The Secretary of the Serang City Manpower and Transmigration Department said that the budgeting aspect is a crucial factor in supporting the success of training and workforce placement programs, especially for overseas placements which require quite large costs.
“Through this synergy, we want to ensure that people are no longer constrained by costs in participating in training or the job placement process, including becoming Indonesian Migrant Workers,” he said.
He added that various needs such as skills training, making passports, medical check-ups and departure costs must be supported by a mature and planned financing scheme.
Meanwhile, Chair of the Banten Province BWA, Nana Sujana, emphasized her commitment to supporting community empowerment programs through job training and workforce distribution, including strengthening financing.
With this collaboration, it is hoped that the preparation process and placement of workers from Serang City can run more optimally, focused and sustainable.
The Serang City Government is optimistic that this collaboration will be able to reduce unemployment while increasing the competitiveness of local workers at the national and global levels.
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
