Srengseng City Forest, Favorite Leisure Place for West Jakarta Residents

JAKARTA, POSKOTA.CO.ID – Srengseng City Forest is an artificial protected forest area located in Kembangan District, West Jakarta.

The 15 hectare forest has become a favorite place for West Jakarta residents, especially residents of Kembangan and its surroundings.

In this forest, there are various kinds of facilities that can be enjoyed, not just fresh air from the trees that grow thickly in the area.

One of the visitors, Leni Irnawati, 25 years old, chose to sit and relax at the location. He enjoyed his alone time in the Srengseng City Forest.

“I just came here to go for a walk, alone, and I wanted to wait to break the fast. Then I wanted to take photos,” said the woman from Central Jakarta, Saturday, February 21 2026.

According to Leni, the city forest is beautiful and cool. This public facility is also equipped with a jogging track and a children’s play area.

“I think it’s okay to jog in the City Forest sometime. Because it’s really cool, the atmosphere is very supportive,” he said.

To enter the Srengseng City Forest, visitors are only charged IDR 3,000 per person. According to him, the price was quite cheap and did not burden him.

“Yes, it’s cheap if it’s only IDR 3 thousand, if it’s up to IDR 10 thousand it’s expensive,” concluded the private employee.
