Update on 2025/2026 Nataru Train Ticket Orders in Daop 1 Jakarta

PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operational Area 1 Jakarta noted that as of December 17 2025, 409,894 train tickets had been sold out of a total capacity of 909,536 seats for the 2025 Christmas and New Year 2026 (Nataru) transportation period which took place from 18 December 2025 to 4 January 2026.

KAI Daop 1 Jakarta Public Relations Manager, Franoto Wibowo, said that the data is the development of Nataru ticket orders which are continuously updated by KAI. “This data is an update on train ticket orders for the Christmas 2025 and New Year 2026 transport periods,” said Franoto.

Based on order data, the stations with the highest sales volume in the Daop 1 Jakarta area include Pasar Senen Station with 182,434 tickets, Gambir Station with 104,642 tickets, Bekasi Station with 56,763 tickets, Cikarang Station with 27,785 tickets, Jatinegara Station with 21,816 tickets, Karawang Station with 9,373 tickets, and Cikampek Station with 7,081 tickets.

The currently most booked departure date is 24 December 2025 with 40,248 tickets, followed by 25 December 2025 with 38,619 tickets, and 23 December 2025 with 32,555 tickets.

KAI Daop 1 Jakarta also recorded that 178,068 discount transportation fare tickets had been sold. This 30 percent discount program is part of the government’s economic stimulus, and currently discount tickets are still available.

“We urge the public to plan their trips and book tickets early through the official KAI channel,” concluded Franoto.
