POSKOTA.CO.ID – The government ensures that salaries for retired Civil Servants (PNS) will be disbursed starting January 1 2026. The basic salary for retirees is in the range of IDR 1.7 million to IDR 4.9 million per month, depending on class and last period of work before retirement. Payment is made through PT Taspen (Persero) with reference to Government Regulation (PP) Number 8 of 2024.

Legal Basis for Retired Civil Servant Salaries 2026

Reporting from Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 2024, the regulation states that the salary for the lowest class of civil servant retirees (Group I) is set at a minimum of IDR 1,748,100, not including other allowances. Meanwhile, the highest group (Group IVe) receives a basic salary of up to IDR 4,957,100 per month, or almost IDR 5 million.
